An Edwards pump =
arrived at you=20
site on 4/1.  Ebara=E2=80=99s SR# is 6054955.  The S/N is: =
13567/5363. =20
Please process this rebuild as a warranty.

This pump lost base =
pressure while=20
still under its warranty period.   The BP  shaft seal =
section was=20
going through oil.  When the level got low it would lose its base=20
pressure.   When I added oil the pressure came back down to a =
good=20
base.  However, a week later the oil suddenly went low again, =
causing a=20
fault at the customer=E2=80=99s tool.

on the=20
progress of this pump.
